Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not available for dispatched orders. Once a shipment has been processed and handed over to the courier, the order becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Description of the issue

Approved cases may qualify for a replacement at our discretion.
